Who We Are Looking For
Promenade, previously known as BloomNation, is rapidly growing and in search of a Customer Service Team Lead to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll oversee and guide a team of 8 offshore representatives, ensuring top-notch support and fostering robust customer relationships. As a critical player in our mission, you’ll develop B2B partnerships, adhere to industry best practices, and work towards unparalleled customer satisfaction. This position suits a passionate, driven professional who thrives under pressure, excels in problem-solving, and remains calm and positive in challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide a team of 8 offshore customer support reps to consistently deliver outstanding service.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve complex customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt solutions.
- Performance Management: Set goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements to increase team efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for seamless communication and coordination.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly analyze and resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.
