Shift: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed

Join Pavlus Travel, a nationwide travel agency, as a Remote Guest Relations Specialist dedicated to offering luxurious, customized vacation packages. You’ll be the key to transforming guests into loyal Pavlus clients through attentive service and insightful travel recommendations.

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you’ll expertly identify customer needs and provide tailored, engaging solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Staying informed about the latest travel products and promotions, you will use this knowledge to offer relevant recommendations and solutions. Your contributions will impact team and individual success, helping to build long-term relationships with clients.
