Job Overview:

The Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling) for customers seeking commercial insurance quotes for their small businesses. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic communicator with at least 2 years of remote call center experience, familiar with scripts but flexible enough to adapt as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls related to commercial insurance for small business owners
• Follow communication scripts, utilizing product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Build positive relationships by addressing customer inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations promptly
• Achieve daily qualitative and quantitative targets for service, productivity, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish (required for bilingual representatives)
• Minimum of 2 years of remote call center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with technology, including Google Workplace and CRM software
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Excellent customer service, active listening, and communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace
• Windows, Apple desktop/laptop, or Chromebook with required system specs

Additional Information:

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.
• Full-time and Part-time positions available
• Mandatory 5-day work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday required
• Shifts: 4-hour, 8-hour, Day, Evening, Morning, or Split shifts
