The Team & Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (Remote) to ensure the long-term success of our clients. In this fully remote role, you’ll provide end-to-end support throughout the customer lifecycle, including deployment, training, and adoption. This position is vital to ensuring that our customers receive a world-class experience and the resources needed to grow their businesses.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success, EMEA, you’ll play a key role in fostering customer satisfaction and success.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Success Management: Manage your customer portfolio, driving strong customer health and adoption to meet revenue retention targets. Identify upsell opportunities for our account development team. Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
- Data-Focus: Maintain data integrity to track key metrics, such as ROI, and provide recommendations for optimizing revenue.
- Technical Aptitude: Master the SevenRooms platform to offer both technical and business solutions, supporting product adoption and optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across SevenRooms to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels, including executive and C-suite
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects with a keen eye for detail
- Experience building and implementing internal communication systems and processes
