Who You Are
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and skilled in financial operations. You thrive in a team environment but can also work independently with superb time management. Your communication skills are excellent, and you’re committed to accuracy and efficiency in managing financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
- Review invoices for proper documentation before payment
- Reconcile credit card and bank accounts
- Assist with month-end closing tasks, reporting, and reconciliations
- Optimize the accounts payable process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Provide outstanding customer service internally and externally
- Ensure financial reporting integrity and confidentiality
- Comply with financial regulations at local and national levels
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong math, communication, and data entry skills
- Knowledge of GAAP Accounting principles
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to work remotely with excellent time management
Bonus Skills
- Accounts payable or accounts receivable experience
- Familiarity with NetSuite, AP software, and ERP systems
- Experience with T&E policies
