Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Administrative Assistant to support our sales team. You will play a key role in driving sales by managing administrative tasks and helping promote our consultancy services to students and educational institutions.

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales department.
• Coordinate sales team activities, manage schedules, and prepare reports.
• Assist with client and partner correspondence.
• Handle documentation, filing, and data entry.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Laptop and stable internet connection required for this remote position.
