Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales department.
• Coordinate sales team activities, manage schedules, and prepare reports.
• Assist in handling correspondence with clients and partners.
• Manage documentation, filing, and data entry.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory for this remote position.
