PowerUp Global is seeking a driven and dynamic Head of IT / Head of Data & Analytics to join our growing team remotely, helping us innovate and shape our products further.

We are launching the most advanced analytics and services for companies to better understand and improve employee productivity, engagement, turnover, and performance.

As a key leader, you’ll collaborate closely with our founding team, including the Heads of Innovation, Marketing, and Product, and have access to essential partners for guidance and support as we continuously enhance our product offerings. If you’re passionate about data, AI, and eager to make an impact, this remote role is for you.

In the short-term, you will:

• Identify new opportunities to improve our existing product to boost competitiveness and enhance the overall customer experience
• Manage the product roadmap implementation based on customer feedback and testing
• Oversee and support the implementation of our software with IT partners, ensuring successful adoption by customers
• Evaluate and manage new products or features related to AI, data, and mobile apps. Depending on your expertise, some hands-on development may be required
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for data governance and compliance

As we grow, this role will evolve to include leadership responsibilities, internal IT processes, budgeting, and coordinating with the overall leadership team to shape the company’s direction.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience
• Highly motivated, proactive individuals ready to dive in
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, remote environment
• Experience with Microsoft products (Fabric, Azure AI, Copilot) is a plus; Python, JavaScript, or React Native experience is desirable
• AI experience is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in English

Note: This role is commission-based in the short term, with the potential to move to a full-time position once we fully launch. We offer flexibility, but candidates should be available for at least a portion of European working hours.
