Your Role:

As a Remote Learning Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents, ensuring that each student’s needs are effectively met throughout their journey with Think Academy. This role requires strong communication skills, quick problem-solving, and the ability to address client needs promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide parents through personalized consultations, helping them navigate their student’s educational journey.
• Act as the primary resource for parents, addressing concerns quickly and thoughtfully.
• Assess student needs and collaborate with parents to develop tailored learning strategies.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with parents and students, delivering top-tier service.
• Address challenges with creative solutions to meet student and parent needs in a timely manner.

Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST, any day of the week
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST, any day of the week

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for learning and tackling challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and address customer needs.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick response and clear communication skills.
• Commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
• Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
