About the Role:
The Solutions Engineering Program Manager leads the development of solutions involving new partners, products, and markets. This role manages cross-functional teams during the onboarding of partners and drives process and quality improvements supporting the Consumer and Commercial Lending (CCL) operating model and go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing the product strategy and roadmap for Consumer and Commercial Lending.
- Participate in crafting scalable solutions that deliver financial outcomes while ensuring compliance throughout the lending lifecycle.
- Lead small teams of SMEs from various departments (technology, operations, compliance, sales, marketing) and external vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Manage the onboarding of new partners and the launch of new programs with existing partners.
- Foster productive relationships across departments and with third-party vendors, aligning initiatives with varied stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop requirement documents and launch plans for new products and partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver internal and external presentations to communicate complex solutions effectively.
- Develop and track documentation related to business cases, discovery workbooks, and partner solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: $82,918.25 – $153,136.92. Pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role is eligible for annual performance-based incentives.
